AKAA Tent is looking for an MEP Engineer to join our team in Sharjah. The role will involve handling and coordinating MEP works for our tent, shade, tensile structure, warehouse, and other construction projects. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working on-site, can understand technical drawings, and can coordinate effectively with our engineering, production, site, and project teams.

• Supervise and coordinate MEP works at project sites.
• Review MEP drawings and ensure the work is carried out in accordance with the approved plans.
• Coordinate MEP requirements with the structural, civil, and project teams.
• Visit project sites regularly and monitor the progress of MEP works.
• Identify site issues and coordinate with the relevant teams to resolve them.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Check materials and installations to ensure they meet project specifications.
• Assist with testing, commissioning, snagging, and final handover.
• Maintain site reports and keep the Project Manager updated on progress and issues.
• Ensure MEP work is completed safely and within the required project schedule.
• Follow company safety procedures and applicable UAE standards.
• Support the engineering team whenever technical assistance is required on a project.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, MEP Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of MEP or site engineering experience.
• Good knowledge of MEP systems and site installation practices.
• Ability to read and understand MEP, structural, and architectural drawings.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Must be comfortable working on project sites and coordinating with different teams.
