- Lead technical management, design coordination and value engineering efforts.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors and authorities on technical matters.
- Review and approve technical submissions, shop drawings and material submittals.
- Support tendering and project handover with technical documentation.
- Resolve technical queries raised by site and design teams.
- Ensure technical compliance with codes, standards and client requirements.
- 15+ years UAE/GCC construction experience in a technical management role.
- Strong technical management, design coordination and value engineering skills.
- Experience with major contractors on large-scale projects.
- Proficiency in BIM, technical submissions, shop drawings and authority approvals.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams.
