Prepare final accounts and support commercial close-out.
Mentor junior quantity surveyors on mechanical measurement practices.
8+ years UAE/GCC experience in quantity surveying within MEP contracting, focused on mechanical works.
Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, valuations and final accounts.
Experience managing variations, claims and subcontractor accounts.
Excellent negotiation and commercial reporting skills.
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
