- Prepare detailed BOQs, take-offs and cost estimates for electrical works.
- Manage interim payment certificates (IPCs) and subcontractor valuations.
- Review and negotiate variations and claims related to electrical scope.
- Prepare final accounts and support commercial close-out.
- Mentor junior quantity surveyors on electrical measurement practices.
- 8+ years UAE/GCC experience in quantity surveying within MEP contracting, focused on electrical works.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, valuations and final accounts.
- Experience managing variations, claims and subcontractor accounts.
- Excellent negotiation and commercial reporting skills.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
