Senior Cost Control Engineer – MEP

- Develop and maintain project cost control systems and budgets for MEP packages.
- Lead monthly cost reporting, forecasting and variance analysis.
- Review and validate subcontractor and supplier cost data.
- Advise project management on cost risks and mitigation strategies.
- Support commercial close-out and final account preparation.
- 8+ years UAE/GCC experience in cost control within MEP contracting.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in cost control software and MS Excel.
- Proven experience on large-scale MEP contracting projects.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Finance, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field.
