- Prepare and issue tender enquiries for MEP materials and subcontract packages.
- Compare vendor quotations and prepare technical and commercial comparison sheets.
- Support negotiations with vendors and subcontractors.
- Maintain tender documentation and procurement tracking logs.
- Coordinate with technical teams to confirm specifications for tendering.
- 8+ years UAE/GCC experience in MEP procurement/tendering.
- Strong skills in vendor comparison and tender analysis.
- Good understanding of MEP materials and specifications.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and procurement tracking tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or a related field.
