- Administer post-contract commercial matters across assigned MEP projects.
- Prepare and negotiate variations, claims and extension of time submissions.
- Review subcontractor accounts and support final account preparation.
- Coordinate with clients and consultants on contractual and commercial matters.
- Maintain accurate contract and commercial documentation.
- 8+ years UAE/GCC experience in MEP post-contract administration.
- Strong knowledge of contract conditions (FIDIC or equivalent).
- Experience preparing variations, claims and final accounts.
- Excellent negotiation and commercial reporting skills.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or a related field.
