Job Summary:
We are seeking a Civil Engineer or Civil Engineering Technician with at least 1 year of relevant experience in the construction, engineering, or real estate industry. The candidate will support technical reviews, site inspections, project coordination, and documentation activities while ensuring compliance with approved drawings and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Review and interpret engineering and architectural drawings.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing technical reports, inspection records, and project documentation.
- Monitor compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Support project planning, execution, and issue resolution.
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in construction, engineering, or real estate projects.
- Basic knowledge of construction drawings, site supervision, and project coordination.
- Good communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
Candidates with experience in real estate development, construction projects, technical inspections, or engineering consultancy environments will be preferred.
