The position is responsible for producing BOQs and Cost estimates in line with the designs and other ad hoc requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce BOQs as per the Design team’s requirements.
- Produce high level / detailed estimates based on the requirements.
- Ensure Americana standards are implemented, met and maintained.
- Collaborate on special projects that will require special attention and reporting.
- Produce quality NSO BOQs vs Target.
Educational
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Knowledge of Word, Excel and Power Point is essential.
Experience:
- 6 to 8 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
- Prior experience in retail / F&B brands.
Knowledge:
- Excellent architectural drawing reading skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Civil / specifications.
- Good knowledge of MEP systems.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Good knowledge of local authority requirement from specifications context.
