WSP Middle East is seeking a motivated Graduate Stakeholder Engineer Emirati National to support relationships with stakeholders involved in Roads amp Highways projects
In this role you will focus on supporting effective communication collaboration and alignment among various parties contributing to successful project delivery and positive outcomes for all stakeholders
Stakeholder ManagementSupport the development and maintenance of strong relationships with stakeholders including government entities local authorities community representatives and project partners
Communication FacilitationAssist as a liaison between project teams stakeholders and regulatory bodies to ensure clear communication and understanding of project goals requirements and progress
Regulatory ComplianceDevelop an understanding of local regulations policies and standards related to Roads amp Highways projects ensuring project activities align with legal and regulatory requirements
Conflict ResolutionSupport in addressing conflicts or issues that arise between stakeholders and project teams finding mutually beneficial resolutions to maintain project momentum and positive relationships
Public EngagementAssist in organizing and facilitating public consultations meetings and workshops to gather feedback address concerns and build community support for infrastructure projects
Documentation and ReportingPrepare reports documentation and presentations related to stakeholder engagement activities ensuring accurate and timely reporting to project management and stakeholders
UAE National (with a valid Family Book). Recent graduate in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Understanding of local regulations, policies, and stakeholders involved in the development and implementation of Roads & Highways projects. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and effectively manage relationships with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in project management tools and software.
