- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred for advanced project management roles.
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in civil engineering project management, demonstrating a track record of successful projects.
- Experience in managing large-scale construction projects with budgets exceeding $5 million, showcasing financial acumen.
- Familiarity with industry-specific software such as AutoCAD, Primavera, or MS Project to enhance project planning and execution.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions under pressure.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English, with additional languages considered a plus for multicultural project teams.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team towards common goals.
- Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent are highly regarded.
