Direct end-to-end execution of complex MEP engineering packages from mobilization through testing, statutory authority clearance DEWA SEWA DCD and final handover.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESACCOUNTABILITIES
- Project Technical Execution Direct all mechanical HVAC plumbing fire fighting and electrical site installations in full alignment with approved engineering drawings and BIM models
- Authority Compliance Lead inspections and technical submissions to achieve DEWA SEWA and Civil Defence DCD testing energization and building completion certificates
- Milestone Commercial Control Formulate rolling look-ahead programs resolve inter-trade clashes verify progress valuations and substantiate variation claims
- Quality HSE Governance Enforce strict implementation of MEP Inspection Test Plans ITPs and ensure zero LTI on site
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (attested with MOFA); 15+ years MEP experience; DEWA/SEWA/DCD approvals preferred.
Required Industry & Project Background15–20 years with Tier-1 MEP contractors in UAE/GCC delivering luxury villas, gated communities, high-rise towers, and infrastructure.
