Supervise day-to-day site installation testing and pre-commissioning of domestic water piping drainage networks storm water lines and fire fighting systems
Key Responsibilities- Plumbing Fire Piping Supervision:
Supervise daily installation of water supply lines PPR copper PEX drainage pipes PVC HDPE and fire sprinkler piping - Testing Execution:
Execute hydrostatic pressure tests on water supply and fire lines perform gravity flow tests on drainage stacks - Sleeve Core Coordination:
Verify placement of pipe sleeves puddle flanges and penetrations prior to civil concrete pouring - Consultant Walks:
Pre-inspect installations and accompany consultant inspectors during formal WIR walkthroughs
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering (attested with MOFA); 4+ years MEP site experience.
Required Industry & Project Background4-7 years in UAE MEP contracting supervising plumbing and fire protection installations on buildings or villas.
