Lead the post-contract commercial administration progress payment applications subcontractor procurement variation claims and cost value reconciliation CVR for all MEP packages
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESACCOUNTABILITIES
- Main Contract Valuations Prepare substantiate and submit monthly interim payment applications to the main contractor client
- Subcontractor Management Draft specialized MEP subcontract agreements audit monthly payment applications and finalize accounts
- Variation Formulation Claims Identify MEP scope changes formulate detailed rate build-ups and substantiate extension of time EOT cost claims
- Cost Value Reconciliation CVR Compile monthly CVR reports analyze budget vs actual variances and forecast cost-to-complete CTC
Educational & Professional
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (attested with MOFA); 10+ years MEP QS experience; MRICS preferred.
Required Industry & Project Background: 10–14 years in MEP commercial management with Tier-1 contractors in UAE delivering high-rise, luxury villas, or communities.
