- Geodetic Network Establishment strong Establish verify and maintain primary and secondary project survey benchmarks referencing statutory UAE Municipality coordinates nbsp
- Setting-Out Governance strong Lead and verify precision setting-out for building corners grid lines foundation boundaries pile locations and infrastructure corridors nbsp
- Topographic Earthwork Surveys strong Oversee topographic surveys digital terrain modeling and calculate precise cut and fill earthwork quantities using Civil 3D nbsp
- Structural Plumbness Deformation Monitoring strong Establish and execute periodic verticality and settlement monitoring protocols for high-rise towers and deep shoring systems nbsp
- Consultant Survey Verification strong Conduct joint survey inspections with consultant survey engineers for approval of building layouts and benchmarks nbsp
- Survey Equipment Management strong Ensure high-precision calibration maintenance and certification of all survey equipment Total Stations GPS GNSS Digital Levels nbsp
- As-Built Survey Compilation strong Prepare verify and submit accurate final as-built survey drawings and GIS data for client and municipal approval nbsp
- Team Leadership strong Train and allocate tasks to site surveyors and assistants to ensure round-the-clock survey coverage for site works nbsp
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Geomatics, Surveying Engineering, or Civil Engineering; 10+ years land surveying experience.
- Preferred Qualifications:
Licensed/Registered Surveyor with UAE Municipalities; expert in Leica Total Stations and AutoCAD Civil 3D. - Professional Licenses /
Certifications:
Valid UAE Driving License. - Required UAE / GCC Construction
Experience:
10–14 years with Tier-1 UAE civil contractors managing survey works on large-scale infrastructure, high-rise towers, and master-planned villa developments.
