- Review project documentation scope of work BOQ IFC drawings specifications contractual milestones and execution methodology before developing the project program Prepare detailed schedules for engineering material procurement fabrication production installation and project close-out Develop WBS activity codes logic links durations milestones Build and maintain project programs using Primavera P6 Coordinate with workshop and site teams to establish realistic fabrication and construction sequences Track engineering deliverables material approvals procurement fabrication release delivery schedules and site work fronts Update schedules using verified actual progress and provide accurate forecasts Review critical and near-critical paths and identify activities that could affect contractual completion dates Prepare weekly look-ahead schedules and short-term execution programs Compare baseline current and forecast schedules and highlight variations Develop progress measurement systems and monitor project performance using S-curves and other planning tools Prepare weekly and monthly reports for project management Experience in Delay Analysis and EOT Claims Coordinate with engineering procurement production fabrication project management site execution and subcontractor teams Maintain planning documentation and ensure schedule information is current and traceable
- Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline Experience in project scheduling construction planning fabrication planning or project controls Proficiency in Primavera P6 Understanding of construction and fabrication methodologies Ability to interpret drawings project schedules progress data and execution requirements Strong analytical and coordination capabilities Ability to work under project deadlines and coordinate with multiple departments
- Review project documentation, scope of work, BOQ, IFC drawings, specifications, contractual milestones, and execution methodology before developing the project program.
- Prepare detailed schedules for engineering, material procurement, fabrication, production, installation, and project close-out.
- Develop WBS, activity codes, logic links, durations, milestones.
- Build and maintain project programs using Primavera P6.
- Coordinate with workshop and site teams to establish realistic fabrication and construction sequences.
- Track engineering deliverables, material approvals, procurement, fabrication release, delivery schedules, and site work fronts.
- Update schedules using verified actual progress and provide accurate forecasts.
