Site Engineer; Civil

We are looking for an accountable Civil Site Engineer to be responsible for managing and supervising all civil works at the project site. The role involves day-to-day site management technical supervision coordination with consultants and subcontractors and ensuring that construction activities are carried out in line with approved drawings specifications and project schedules while maintaining quality safety and cost efficiency.

• Plan coordinate and supervise all civil construction activities at site including effective allocation and management of manpower materials and equipment to ensure timely and quality execution of works.
• Oversee and ensure proper execution of shoring dewatering excavation and back filling operations.
• Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications ensuring their correct implementation on site.
• Monitor the progress of work manpower materials and equipment usage ensuring alignment with project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with consultants clients subcontractors and internal teams for approvals inspections and day-to-day project requirements.
• Attend site and coordination meetings prepare progress reports and highlight any issues or delays with proposed recovery plans.
• Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability and delivery of materials and equipment.
• Prepare quantity take-offs bar bending schedules and material requisitions as required.
• Maintain accurate site documentation including daily reports inspection requests (WIR/MIR) and quality records.
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved method statements quality plans and safety standards.
• Provide technical guidance to site teams and ensure high standards of workmanship and quality.
• Collaborate with planning and QA/QC teams to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to project objectives.
• Communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical supports

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering Minimum 3-6 years of working experience in the UAE/GCC in water/waste water
• infrastructure projects including pumping stations & treatment plants. Proven experience in RCC works underground structures shoring and dewatering. Familiarity with local authority standards and regulations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD MS Office and MS Project/Primavera Ability to work with multiple discipline projects Valid UAE driving license Good written and verbal communication in English & Hindi (Arabic preferred). Strong technical and site management skills
