The company’s DELTABAR product line is available in both sandwich and cast resin configurations for low-voltage applications. For medium-voltage requirements, DELTABAR is offered in phase-segregated or non-segregated versions up to 12 kV. Role Description The AutoCAD Drafter will work full time on-site at the Sharjah facility, producing precise technical drawings for low- and medium-voltage busbar trunking systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and updating shop drawings and architectural coordination drawings, ensuring compliance with project specifications, standards, and client requirements. The role involves collaborating closely with engineers and project teams to interpret design concepts, adjust layouts, and resolve drawing-related issues.
The AutoCAD Drafter will maintain organized drawing files, support documentation for manufacturing and installation, and contribute to continuous improvement of drafting practices and templates.
Qualifications
- Ability to produce accurate Technical Drawing and general Drawing for electrical power distribution products.
- Experience preparing detailed Shop Drawings that support manufacturing, installation, and coordination with other trades.
- Capability to read and develop Architectural Drawings and coordinate with Architecture-related plans for project alignment.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD software, with strong attention to detail and drafting standards.
- Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field.
- Familiarity with low-voltage and medium-voltage systems, busbar trunking, or similar electrical infrastructure is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in an on-site environment.
- Ability to manage multiple drawings and deadlines, with good organizational and time management skills.
