Develop HVAC duct layouts, chilled water piping layouts, and ventilation drawings.
Prepare equipment layouts, sections, details, and mechanical installation drawings.
Prepare drawings for air conditioning systems, exhaust systems, fresh air systems, and ventilation systems.
Coordinate mechanical drawings with electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and other MEP services.
Review drawings against approved design drawings, project specifications, and consultant requirements.
Incorporate consultant comments and revise drawings as required.
Ensure drawings comply with applicable UAE standards, project specifications, and authority requirements.
Coordinate with mechanical engineers, MEP coordinators, site teams, and consultants.
Prepare as-built drawings based on actual site conditions and installation details.
Requirements- Diploma or ITI in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in mechanical drafting, preferably in UAE MEP projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit MEP is an advantage.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Strong coordination skills and the ability to meet project deadlines.
