- Monitor and analyze project progress, providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders to maintain transparency and accountability.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for all MEP planning activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or a related field, demonstrating a solid technical foundation.
- At least 5 years of experience in MEP planning, preferably within large-scale commercial or industrial projects.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, LEED, or equivalent, showcasing commitment to industry standards and best practices.
- Experience with MEP project management software like Primavera P6 or MS Project, indicating strong technical proficiency.
