Field Operations Associate (Loyalty & Deals)
Role Overview:

Support the on‑ground rollout and quality of loyalty offers and deals across merchant locations. You will visit stores, set up collateral, verify redemptions, train staff on simple processes, and report issues for quick resolution.

• Visit assigned merchant locations to support onboarding and go‑live.
• Check offer accuracy on site (pricing, eligibility, dates); perform test redemptions.
• Set up and maintain in‑store signage/collateral; confirm brand compliance.
• Provide short, practical training to merchant staff on the loyalty flow and escalation path.
• Log visits, photos, and findings; raise issues to Senior Field Ops/Commercial for action.
• Conduct basic audits and mystery shops; follow safety and SOP guidelines.
• Track daily targets (visits, activations) and share end‑of‑day reports.

• Activations completed on time and first‑time‑right rate
• Visit coverage vs. plan and productivity (visits per day)
• Redemption accuracy and exception/refund rate
• Signage/brand compliance and audit pass rate
• Merchant satisfaction and time‑to‑issue resolution

• 0–2 years’ experience in field operations, retail, promotions, or customer service; fresh graduates welcome
• Organized, punctual, and comfortable with on‑the‑move work across the Emirates
• Clear communicator; confident speaking with store staff and managers
• Basic comfort with checklists, photos, and simple reporting; willingness to learn
• UAE/GCC experience is a plus;
  Arabic is an advantage but not required

• Field‑based across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and other Emirates; occasional evenings/weekends during peak promos (Ramadan, Eid, DSF/DSS)
• Valid UAE driver’s license preferred/required per route plan
• Role involves standing/walking for extended periods and light lifting of collateral; PPE as needed
