Responsibilities
- Plan and organize corporate events, exhibitions, trade shows, and internal events.
- Develop event concepts, themes, and execution plans aligned with company objectives.
- Manage event timelines, schedules, and deliverables.
- Source, negotiate, and manage vendors, venues, catering, production, etc.
- Ensure quality delivery of services within budget.
- Coordinate with external partners for event setup and execution.
- Prepare and manage event budgets.
- Track expenses and ensure cost‑effective solutions.
- Ensure all events are delivered within approved budgets.
- Oversee all event logistics including venue setup, equipment, materials, and transportation.
- Ensure smooth on‑site execution and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Coordinate with internal teams for approvals and support.
- Ensure all events align with brand guidelines and messaging.
- Coordinate with marketing teams for promotional materials and campaigns.
- Support event promotion across digital and offline channels.
- Work closely with internal departments: sales, marketing, management.
- Manage communication with clients, partners, and attendees.
- Ensure all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
- Gather feedback and evaluate event performance.
- Prepare post‑event reports including ROI and insights.
- Identify areas for improvement for future events.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in event management or related roles.
- Experience in corporate events, exhibitions, or brand activations.
- Experience working with vendors and managing large‑scale events.
