Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager Accounts & Finance (CA/ACCA/CMA) to lead our financial management function. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in accounting, financial planning, and compliance, coupled with strong liaising experience with UAE banks and financial institutions to support our telecom subcontracting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all aspects of accounting, financial reporting, and compliance in line with UAE regulations.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and cash flow planning.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with UAE banks and financing partners to optimize credit facilities, working capital, and funding.
• Monitor project financial performance, ensuring cost control and profitability.
• Supervise month-end and year-end closing, audits, and statutory compliance.
• Advise senior management on financial strategies, risk management, and growth opportunities.
• Lead and mentor the finance team for operational excellence.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounts, with at least 3 years in a senior managerial role.
• Proven liaising expertise with UAE banks and financing institutions

• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, corporate finance, and compliance in the UAE.
• Experience in the telecom/engineering/construction subcontracting sector preferred.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
