Finance Manager; Odoo ERP Specialist

Job Description

Black & Grey HR is working with a fast-growing lighting manufacturing company seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the company's financial operations, drive strategic decision-making, and optimize their Odoo ERP system for scalability.

• Manage and oversee daily operations of the finance department.
• Prepare accurate financial reports, statements, and forecasts.
• Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and cost‑saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax requirements.

• Leverage Odoo ERP expertise to streamline accounting workflows, reporting, and automation.
• Monitor cash flow, accounts, and financial transactions for accuracy.
• Lead Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to support business growth.
• Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies.

• Mentor and supervise accounting staff, fostering a high-performance team.
• Provide financial insights to guide strategic initiatives and investments.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to align financial goals with operational execution.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s / MBA preferred).
• 5+ years in financial management, with 3+ years of hands‑on Odoo ERP experience (mandatory).
• Strong grasp of financial regulations, tax compliance, and IFRS / GAAP standards.
• Advanced skills in financial modeling, data analysis, and ERP optimization.
