Key Responsibilities
* Develop, implement, and maintain AML policies and procedures.
* Conduct thorough investigations into suspicious transactions and activities.
* Ensure adherence to all local and international AML/CFT laws and regulations.
* Prepare and submit suspicious activity reports (SARs) to relevant authorities.
* Provide training and guidance to staff on AML compliance requirements.
* Stay updated on new AML legislation and best practices.## Requirements
* Proven experience as an AML Officer, preferably within the banking sector.
* Strong understanding of AML/CFT laws, regulations, and reporting obligations.
* Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to conduct complex investigations and risk assessments.
