We are looking for a Finance Manager / Financial Auditor with strong hands‑on experience to lead our finance function and ensure full compliance and accurate reporting.
Key Requirements- Minimum 6 years of experience in finance/accounting (multi‑branch experience is a plus).
- Preferably Arabic speaker with excellent English communication.
- Strong knowledge of VAT compliance and tax reporting.
- Proven experience in month‑end/year‑end closing and financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
- Solid understanding of AR/AP, collections, payments, and vendor/customer accounts.
- Bank reconciliation, cash flow management, and expense control.
- Strong internal controls, document cycle, and audit readiness.
- Budgeting, variance analysis, and profitability reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting systems/ERP (Zoho / Quick Books / Odoo or similar).
- Lead daily finance operations and supervise accounting activities.
- Prepare weekly/monthly management reports and branch performance analysis.
- Review and audit journal entries, classifications, and supporting documents.
- Handle VAT filing, documentation, and compliance follow‑ups.
- Improve processes, controls, and reporting accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights to management
- Excellent leadership and team supervision skills
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and ethical judgment
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills with ability to meet deadlines
- Advanced Excel skills (financial modeling, pivot tables, reporting dashboards)
- Experience in financial controls, risk management, and audit processes
- Ability to streamline workflows and implement process improvements
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in fast‑paced, multi‑branch or multi‑entity environments
- Tech‑savvy mindset with ability to adopt new finance tools and automation
