Senior Executive – Tax & Compliance; ACCA Mandatory

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file VAT and Corporate Tax returns as per UAE FTA regulations
• Ensure timely and accurate tax filings and statutory compliance
• Reconcile input-output VAT and Corporate Tax calculations and tax adjustments
• Review zero-rated VAT transactions, export documentation and supporting records
• Maintain tax records and documentation for audits and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants and the Federal Tax Authority (FTA)
• Support FTA tax audits and respond to FTA queries
• Prepare tax reconciliations and financial reports in line with IFRS
• Assist in monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting
• Work with SAP ERP teams to improve tax reporting and compliance processes
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve tax compliance procedures
• Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE tax regulations

• 8–10 years of experience in Taxation, VAT, Corporate Tax, and Financial Reporting
• ACCA (Mandatory) and IFRS Certification
• Strong knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax Law, VAT regulations, and FTA requirements
• Hands‑on experience in VAT returns, Corporate Tax filings, reconciliations, and tax documentation
• Good understanding of IFRS and financial reporting standards
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently
