Lead - Fraud Analytics and Reporting

Role Purpose

To lead the Fraud Analytics, Rules Management and Reporting function. The role owns end-to-end fraud rules lifecycle on Clari5 EFM and HPS Power CARD, drives rule performance optimization, gap analysis, fraud MIS and all regulatory reporting to CBUAE and UAE FIU.

• Author, configure and maintain real-time fraud detection rules, scenarios and models on Clari5 and HPS PowerCARD / HPS Secure.
• Manage end-to-end rule change lifecycle: requirement gathering, development, UAT in simulation environment, deployment and post-implementation review.
• Manage authorization controls, velocity checks, card controls, 3D Secure rules, and cross-channel rules for Cards, Digital Banking, Mobile, Remittances, MFK, Core banking finance system, Digital Channels and ATM/POS.
• Ensure proper documentation, version control and audit trail for all rule changes.

• Maintain the Fraud Incidents Register as per CBUAE Rulebook requirements to record date, description and details of fraud incidents and make it available for CBUAE Examiners.
• Manage all CBUAE fraud reporting:
  Fraud Incident reporting, Consumer Protection Regulation reporting, Security Incident reporting to CBUAE.
• Ensure timely, accurate and compliant reporting to CBUAE, UAE FIU and internal governance forums.
• Liaise with Compliance, Legal and Operations during regulatory inspections and audits.
