The job requires excellent customer service and communication skills, as well as accuracy in counting money and making the necessary changes.

The right candidate should possess basic math skills and be able to work efficiently under pressure. Additionally, he/she should be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain a positive attitude while dealing with customers. The successful candidate should also be comfortable using cash registers and other related equipment. Furthermore, an understanding of how to identify counterfeit money is also important for this position.

Lastly, fluency in English is essential for this role as it will facilitate communication with customers from different backgrounds.
