Finance Manager

Oversee the company's overall financial operations, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and financial performance analyses.

Monitor cash flow, working capital, bank transactions, and liquidity to ensure effective financial management.

Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, credit control, and payment schedules.

Oversee inventory accounting, cost allocation, trading margins, and profitability analysis.

Develop and implement cost-control measures to improve operational efficiency and profitability.

Manage banking relationships, financing activities, and other financial matters.

Review and improve accounting procedures, financial systems, and reporting processes.

Supervise and guide the finance and accounting team, ensuring accuracy, accountability, and timely completion of tasks.

Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, UAE VAT regulations, Corporate Tax requirements, and other statutory obligations.

Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure the timely preparation of supporting documentation.

Maintain accurate financial records and establish effective internal financial controls.

Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

5-7 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a trading, distribution, or trading and supply company.

Previous experience in a finance leadership or supervisory role is preferred.

Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CMA, CPA, or an equivalent certification will be an advantage.

Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and working capital management.

Practical knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and applicable statutory compliance requirements.

Experience with
Zoho Books is an added advantage
, along with proficiency in ERP/accounting systems and advanced Microsoft Excel.

Strong understanding of inventory accounting, trading margins, profitability analysis, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.

Experience in banking operations, audit coordination, financial controls, and credit management.

Excellent analytical, communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, meet strict deadlines, and support strategic business decisions.
