Finance Manager

The ideal candidate will work closely with senior management to develop financial strategies, drive business performance, and support strategic decision-making. The role requires strong financial expertise, analytical capabilities, leadership skills, and experience managing the overall Finance and Accounts function.

• Prepare and analyze MIS reports, financial statements, ratio analysis, and consolidated financial reports for the entire Group.
• Develop, implement, and monitor company SOPs, financial policies, and internal controls.
• Provide guidance on UAE Corporate Tax, VAT, and other taxation-related matters.
• Manage external audits and coordinate with auditors to ensure timely completion.
• Oversee all areas of Finance and Accounts, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), inventory, and financial reporting.
• Review and monitor month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure accuracy and timely completion.
• Oversee IT and system audits and ensure effective implementation of financial systems and controls.
• Manage working capital, cash flow, fund management, and financial planning.
• Manage banking relationships, negotiate credit facilities, and oversee banking operations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable legal, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive effective utilization and optimization of SAP and other financial systems.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the Finance and Accounts team to ensure operational efficiency and performance.
• Conduct financial analysis, identify business risks, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and process improvements.

• CA or equivalent professional qualification in Finance and Accounting.
• 15-20 years of relevant experience in Finance and Accounts.
• Manufacturing industry experience is mandatory.
• Experience in the metal industry is an added advantage.
• Strong expertise in MIS, financial analysis, consolidation, and management reporting.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP and financial systems.
• Strong understanding of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, statutory compliance, and financial regulations.
• Proven experience in audit management, working capital, fund management, and banking negotiations.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing Finance and Accounts teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• UAE experience is mandatory
