- Coordinate with government departments and authorities on behalf of the company
- Handle company-related government transactions and approvals
- Manage employee visa-related documentation
- Handle work permit applications renewals amendments and cancellations
- Assist with labour contracts and other MOHRE-related matters
- Follow up on labour-related cases and requirements
- Good knowledge of UAE government procedures and regulations
- Experience with MOHRE, ICP/GDRFA, Emirates , Economic Department and other government portals
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Arabic knowledge is an advantage
- Good document management and administrative skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
