Job Summary
Gentle Groom Gents Salon is looking for a talented and experienced Hair Stylist to join our team.
We welcome applications from Arab nationals, Indian nationals, and Pakistani nationals.
Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years of salon experience in the UAE.
Responsibilities- Perform men’s haircuts, fades, trims, and styling services.
- Provide beard trimming, shaving, and grooming services.
- Consult with clients to recommend suitable hairstyles and grooming treatments.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper sanitation of tools, equipment, and workstations.
- Stay updated with current men’s grooming trends and techniques.
- Promote salon products and services when appropriate.
- Manage appointments efficiently and ensure client satisfaction.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a UAE salon as a Hair Stylist or Barber.
- Experience in men’s haircutting, styling, and beard grooming.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced salon environment.
- Arabic-speaking candidates are highly preferred.
- Candidates of Arab, Indian, or Pakistani nationality are encouraged to apply.
- Professional, well-groomed appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Punctuality, reliability, and commitment to high service standards.
- Knowledge of salon hygiene, sanitation, and safety practices.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Flexible to work weekends, public holidays, and shifts as required.
- Preferred Qualifications:
Hair Styling, Barbering, or a related field. - Experience with hair treatments, coloring, and advanced grooming services is an advantage.
- Existing client base in the UAE is a plus.
