We are looking for an experienced and professional Salon Manager & Hair Stylist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and leadership skills, be confident dealing with customers, and have hands-on experience in professional hair services.
Key Responsibilities- Salon Management Manage and supervise salon staff and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Allocate duties and manage staff schedules and attendance.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, cleanliness and professionalism.
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints and feedback professionally.
- Assist with staff training and monitor the quality of services provided.
- Manage customer appointments and coordinate daily bookings.
- Communicate with customers both in person and through phone, Whats App and other online channels.
- Help maintain good relationships with regular and new clients.
- Support the salon owner/management with daily operational matters.
Provide professional hair services to clients.
- Hair cutting, trimming and styling.
- Blow-drying and professional styling.
- Hair treatments, including Keratin and Protein treatments.
- Hair colouring, highlights and other treatments where experienced.
- Recommend suitable hair treatments and styles based on the client’s requirements.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and service quality.
- Stay updated with current hair trends, techniques and products.
- Relevant professional experience as a hair stylist, with previous supervisory or management experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience in hair cutting, trimming and styling.
- Experience with Keratin/Protein treatments is required.
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
- Confident dealing with customers face-to-face and through online communication.
- Strong leadership and staff-management skills.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy salon environment.
- Ability to handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.
- Additional hairdressing skills such as coloring, highlights, treatments and advanced styling will be an advantage.
