* Job Responsibilities:
** We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
** Hair Assistant
** to support our senior stylists and ensure the salon runs smoothly. In this role, you will be the backbone of the styling floor - assisting with washes, blow-drys, color preparation, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.
** Key Responsibilities**
* ** Client Care:
** Greet clients warmly, offer refreshments, and ensure they feel comfortable throughout their visit.
* ** Shampooing & Treatments:
** Provide relaxing scalp massages, hair washes, and assist with applying specialized hair treatments.
* ** Styling Support:
** Assist stylists with blow-drys, setting up workstations, mixing color formulas under supervision, and applying or rinsing hair color.
* ** Salon Maintenance:
** Keep the styling areas, shampoo bowls, and mirrors impeccably clean and sanitized. Ensure towels and tools are freshly laundered and organized.
* ** Inventory Management:
** Help monitor stock levels of retail products, shampoos, and color supplies, reporting any shortages to management.
* ** Continuous Learning:
** Observe senior stylists, ask questions, and take advantage of internal training opportunities to hone your cutting and coloring skills.

* Experience:
** Previous experience in a salon environment is preferred, but fresh graduates from a cosmetology or hairdressing school with a passion for learning are welcome to apply!

* Skills:
** Basic knowledge of hair washing, blow-drying techniques, and general salon sanitation.
* ** Personality:
** Friendly, energetic, professional, and well-groomed with a positive can-do attitude.
* ** Communication:
** Good command of English and Arabic. Excellent customer service skills.
** Physical Stamina:
** Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
