Dietitian Assistant
We are a leading healthcare facility based in Sharjah, seeking a highly motivated and passionate Dietitian Assistant to join our team. This position is primarily responsible for providing support to the dietitian in planning, implementing, and evaluating patient diets and nutrition plans. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, be fluent in English, and have a strong interest in nutrition and healthy living.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the field of dietetics and work with a diverse patient population. Free visa and ticket provided for Indian nationals or students looking for part-time employment. Salary starts at 1000$ per month.
- Assist the dietitian in conducting patient assessments and developing individualized nutrition plans
- Educate patients on healthy eating habits, portion control, and food selection
- Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to their nutrition plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care for patients
- Keep detailed records of patient interactions and progress
- Assist with meal planning and preparation for patients as needed
- Stay up-to-date on current research and trends in the field of dietetics
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Passion for promoting healthy living through proper nutrition
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
