Provides oversight and takes up the responsibilities to provide the highest level of service excellence through efficiently managing all administrative functions of the Guest Services division.
Provides input to the Operations Manager to work towards the budgeted targets in each clinic.
Performs daily rounds, meets with doctors and patients to fulfill their requirements.
Supervises the Clinic Coordinators to prepare performance analysis of the Guest Service Executives.
Coordinates with other departments, e.g., Insurance, Finance, Nursing, etc., to ensure the consumer/patient journey is smooth and efficient.
Resolves concerns, issues, and complaints and escalates matters appropriately when further investigation is required.
Exemplifies the company's vision, mission, and values.
Organizes regular refresher training to keep staff updated on the required outcomes.
Takes responsibility for minimizing waiting time in each clinic.
Ensures that patient and employee confidentiality is always maintained.
Maintains a good rapport and cooperative working relationship with physicians, departments, and staff.
Represents the organization in a positive and professional manner.
Ensures compliance with all policies and procedures regarding operations.
