- Assist IN Therapeutic Procedures like;
Esophageal Variceal Banding, Sclerotherapy Injection
Polypectomy
- Upper / Lower GI ScopeyBalloon dilatation for strictures
Hemo
- Sclerotherapy, Argon Plasma Coagulation, HemoclipForeign Body Removal
Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy
Gastric Ballon Insertion
Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography
- Cannulation, Sphincterotomy, Stone Extraction, Stricture Dilatation, Stone Crushing, Stenting.Biopsy, CLO test, and H Pylori Culture test

Prepare of Water Irrigation System
Disinfect & Store of Endoscopes and Accessories
Maintain records for the Disinfection and Culture of Endoscopes and ETD Machine.
Patient data – Uploading and printing using Endo base Software
Maintain Endoscopic Accessories Store Record

Ensure the maintenance and proper operation of equipment and supplies in the work areas.

- Attend applicable OSH/Infection control training programs, mock drills and awareness programs.

- Comply with reasonable OSH instructions, policies and safe working procedures.

- PCI is everyone’s responsibility. All staff are required to read and implement the NMC PCI Policy and Strategy in an effort to maintain the highest possible standards of cleanliness at all times, thus reducing the risk of infection in patients, staff and visitors.
- The strictest hand hygiene, 5 moments of hand hygiene, bare below the elbows and environmental care, will be expected of all staff, including the post holder, at all times.
