Medical Clinic AdministrationMaintain the on-site clinic in full compliance with Dubai Health Authority DHA Ministry of Health MOH licensing regulations
Medical Inventory EquipmentManage inventory of approved pharmaceuticals emergency medical supplies oxygen cylinders and defibrillators AEDs
Occupational Health RecordsMaintain confidential medical records injury logs and treatment sheets for all project personnel in compliance with privacy laws
Heat Stress Health CampaignsMonitor heat index during summer months manage rehydration stations and deliver health awareness campaigns heat stress diabetes hygiene
Camp Site Hygiene AuditsConduct regular hygiene inspections of site drinking water welfare facilities rest shelters and worker accommodations
EssentialQualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSc Nursing);
Active, valid Dubai Health Authority (DHA) Nurse License; 3+ years experience.
Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications;
Occupational Health Nursing certificate.
Certifications:
Valid DHA Nursing License (Mandatory).
Required UAE / GCC ConstructionExperience:
3–6 years of nursing experience with proven background in construction site clinics or occupational health in the UAE.
