Licensed Clinical Psychologist

Al Soor Specialist Clinic LLC, Sharjah, UAE, is looking for a Clinical Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary mental health team.

This is a full-time job.

• Master's and M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology from a recognized institution.
• Appropriate postgraduate clinical training and supervised experience.
• A MOHAP license, or eligibility for MOHAP licensing in the UAE, is strongly preferred.
• Relevant clinical experience in a hospital, clinic, or mental health setting.
• Good knowledge of evidence-based psychological therapies, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and clinical evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients’ needs.
• Provide evidence-based psychological therapies to adults, adolescents and/or children, depending on experience.
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation
• Maintain high standards of professional ethics, patient confidentiality and clinical care.

• Fluency in English, Hindi and Malayalam
• Previous experience working in the UAE
• Experience in psychological assessment and psychotherapy.
• Additional training in CBT, child and adolescent psychology, family therapy or other recognized psychotherapy approaches would be an advantage.
