- Strengthen the company’s employer branding by generating engaging recruitment content and maintaining a professional presence across social media and professional platforms.
- Prepare and share regular recruitment reports and analytics, tracking KPIs such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and pipeline strength to improve hiring efficiency.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of requisitions, interviews, offers, and candidate data in the HRMS/ATS, ensuring compliance with company standards.
