Talent Acquisition Manager

1 Scope of the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for complete end to end recruitment onboarding and mobilization.

• Managing complete recruitment cycle
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain candidate database and update candidate profiles
• Assist in creating job postings and advertising job openings
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings
• Assist in negotiating job offers and preparing employment contracts
• Provide administrative support to the recruitment team
• Maintain confidentiality of candidate information and adhere to data protection regulations
• Stay updated with recruitment trends and best practices
• Assist in organizing recruitment events and career fairs

• Manager complete recruitment cycle in timely manner start from manpower requisition to closure
• Recruitment tracking sheet report update and report daily weekly monthly and annually
• Proper documentation checklist for joining and onboarding
• HR Team coordination and communication for recruitment progress

• MBA degree in human resources business administration or a related field
• Prior experience in recruitment or HR assistant role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other HR software
• Familiarity with employment laws and regulations
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Candidates with excellent track record on sourcing high competent candidates for Sales department and Manufacturing Industry preferred
