Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in the UAE and help us attract identify and hire exceptional talent. This is a hands-on recruitment role for someone who can go beyond posting vacancies and actively find the right people. You will be responsible for understanding business needs building talent pipelines identifying high-quality candidates engaging passive talent and connect the right people for the business

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across assigned positions from sourcing through offer and onboarding
• Understand role requirements team needs and candidate profiles
• Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through online platforms professional networks referrals communities and other channels
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Screen and assess candidates against both technical requirements and cultural fit
• Conduct structured interviews and provide clear candidate recommendations
• Maintain clear communication with candidates and stakeholders
• Maintain accurate recruitment records pipelines and hiring reports

• 13-15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Proven experience recruiting within the UAE/GCC market, preferably within Construction and Stone Industry.
• Strong hands-on experience with sourcing and headhunting online and offline.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and attract passive candidates.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities independently.
• Data-driven and organized, with strong follow-through.
