HLB HAMT is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Sharjah!
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple clients across various industries.
- Source, screen, assess, and place qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand client accounts.
- Achieve recruitment, placement, and revenue targets.
- Manage offer negotiations and ensure successful, timely closures.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records using ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably with a recruitment consultancy or staffing agency.
- Proven track record of successful placements and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong client management, business development, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in ATS platforms, recruitment databases, and sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
