Job Summary
This role involves the maintenance and upgrade of computer hardware and software, as well as resolving technical issues and ensuring high availability and performance of client IT systems.
Responsibilities- Providing end-to-end technical support for clients under a managed service agreement.
- Maintaining and monitoring desktop systems, servers, printers, network equipment, and related peripherals.
- Ensuring consistent data protection by setting up and managing backup systems.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, LAN/WAN technologies, and backup solutions.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and networking equipment.
- Experience in supporting desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and related hardware.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
