Position: Senior Growth Manager - EdTech (French fluent )

Are you obsessed with turning insights into measurable growth?

This is a hands-on Head Of Growth who can ideate, copy, design the strategy and launch experiments directly. A person who speaks both data and persuasion fluently, and leverages AI tools daily to generate hypotheses, build assets, and accelerate iteration speed.

Key qualities:

  • A Conversion Architect, skilled at diagnosing funnel bottlenecks and translating data into structured experimentation roadmaps that deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • A Behavioral Strategist, fascinated by what drives human action, able to mix cognitive psychology, UX, and persuasion frameworks to design experiences that convert because they resonate.
  • A Data-driven Creator, fluent in GA4, Hotjar, AB Tasty, VWO, Amplitude, not just running tests, but connecting insights to revenue, retention, and lifetime value.

This is a full-time position, carried out remotely or from our offices in Dubai or Lisbon.

YOUR MISSION — Architect and pilot the Revenue Engine. Transition Paradox from a founder-led marketing approach to a brand-led, repeatable, data-driven engine. You’ll lead from the front, identify growth levers, and rebuild funnels to improve conversion.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Offer–Market Fit continuously assessed, refined, repositioned, and launched
  • Identify which segments an offer truly works for and which it doesn’t
  • Refine, reposition, or stop offers based on evidence
  • Architect Funnels and campaigns (Hands-On): map and oversee implementation, set up tracking, ensure the machine works before budgeting at scale
  • Relentless Optimization (CRO & A/B Testing): design, launch, and analyze tests; dig into data to find winners
  • Proactively hunt for friction points in the user journey and implement tests
  • Design, launch, and analyze experiments across funnels, pricing, messaging
  • Ensure tracking, data integrity, and learnings compound over time
  • Channel Exploration & Scaling: oversee core Paid Social and identify next winning channels
  • Growth Loops: design and optimize product, retention, referral, and content loops
  • Diagnose growth across acquisition, activation, sales alignment, retention, and expansion
  • Identify where growth is constrained and why
  • "Player-Coach" Leadership: manage Growth team and build the team as needed
  • Sales Alignment & Revenue Quality: prioritize high-intent leads and align with Sales

Tools you’ll master
: GA4, Optibase, Wefblow, Vidalytics, Clarity, Hotjar, Amplitude, Figma, Looker Studio, VWO, Optimizely

KPIs
: LTV / CAC ratio;
Funnel conversion rates by stage; number of experiments launched per week

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years in Conversion Rate Optimization, Growth Experimentation, or Performance Marketing, ideally within SaaS, e-commerce, or digital product environments
  • Proven track record of designing, implementing, and scaling A/B and multivariate tests with measurable revenue or activation improvements
