A financial institution is looking for a UAT Tester to support its CRM Transformation Program by executing UAT activities across all CRM modules. The ideal candidate will work closely with business users and technology teams to validate customer journeys and ensure CRM functionalities adhere to Islamic banking requirements. Candidates should have a minimum of 4 years' experience in UAT, exposure to CRM platforms, and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Strong skills in defect management and collaboration are essential.
