Position: Senior Associate - Growth Brands

The Senior Associate – Growth Brands supports the Growth Brands vertical by partnering closely with the Senior Manager to drive strategic initiatives, performance management, and cross-functional execution. The role plays a critical part in scaling new brands, monitoring key business priorities, and strengthening execution discipline through structured analytics and coordinated delivery, while contributing to business performance narratives and ensuring operational readiness on the ground.

This is a high-exposure position offering direct visibility to senior leadership and accelerated learning across multi-brand operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support priority strategic initiatives across Growth Brands through structured project planning, including scope definition, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and risk tracking.
  • Coordinate cross-functional inputs for business cases, initiative proposals, brand launches, and integration readiness documentation.
  • Prepare analytical outputs and execution plans, packaged into high-quality PowerPoint presentations for leadership reviews and internal forums.
  • Maintain accuracy, consistency, and execution rigor across all strategic deliverables.
  • Support end-to-end preparation of monthly performance materials, including performance packs, variance commentary drafts, and action trackers.
  • Consolidate cross-functional inputs to identify performance drivers and key themes, translating data into actionable insights and practical recommendations.
  • Track agreed actions with clear ownership and timelines, ensuring disciplined follow-through across review cycles.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, trackers, and reporting toolkits (primarily in MS Excel and in collaboration with BI teams via Power BI).
  • Monitor commercial and operational KPIs, identifying trends and leading indicators.
  • Highlight emerging risks and opportunities through concise, insight-led summaries.
  • Work closely with Operations, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, HR, IT/Digital, and Real Estate to gather inputs, align requirements, and manage dependencies.
  • Drive structured follow-ups on critical-path deliverables, proactively identifying blockers and driving closure.
  • Maintain visibility on next steps, owners, and due dates to ensure momentum and timely execution.
  • Support multi-brand performance management by applying commercial understanding of P&L drivers and operational metrics.
  • Manage multiple work streams simultaneously in a fast-paced, evolving environment while maintaining high attention to detail and ownership of deadlines.
Education, Qualifications &

Experience:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management Studies, or a related discipline from a Tier-1 institute.
  • 4–5 years of experience in strategic project management, transformation initiatives, consulting, or similar fast-paced environments.
  • Experience supporting organizational performance reviews, dashboards, and business reporting.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering high-impact projects and initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of business strategy, operational excellence, and performance management frameworks.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills, including handling large datasets, pivots, structured trackers, and data analysis.
  • Strong MS PowerPoint capability, creating executive-ready presentations with clear storylines, sharp visuals, and concise messaging.
  • Confident working across multiple functions in dynamic environments.
  • Strong commercial mindset with comfort working across multi-brand P&Ls.
  • Self-starter with a proactive, execution-oriented approach.
  • Arabic language proficiency preferred.
  • Passion for food, brands, and consumer experience is a strong advantage.
