Qualys Support Engineer; VMDR & Compliance

We are looking for a hands‑on Qualys Support Engineer with experience in VMDR, Compliance, and enterprise vulnerability management operations.

If you have managed and deployments (2,000+ assets) and understand remediation governance this role is for you.

• Manage and optimize Qualys VMDR across enterprise environments
• Configure internal, external & authenticated scans
• Deploy & manage Cloud Agents (2,000+ preferred)
• Implement dynamic tagging and asset lifecycle governance
• Execute Policy Compliance scans (CIS / PCI-DSS)
• Support audit readiness with dashboards and executive scorecards
• Configure File Integrity Monitoring (FIM)
• Deploy & manage Qualys Gateway Service (QGS)
• Perform Web Application Scanning (WAS) & API security testing
• Integrate Qualys with Service Now / AD / ITSM platforms
• Manage false positives, exceptions & SLA tracking
• Coordinate remediation with Infra & Application teams

• Strong hands‑on experience with Qualys Enterprise Platform
• VMDR, Continuous Monitoring, Asset View
• Policy Compliance & Compliance Reporting
• Cloud Agent deployment & troubleshooting
• Experience in Windows & Linux environments
• Experience supporting large enterprise or banking environments
• Certified Qualys Specialist (preferred)

• Experience in regulated environments (PCI, ISO 27001, SAMA/NCA)
• Experience in cloud environments (AWS / Azure)

• Strong troubleshooting mindset
• Ability to reduce critical vulnerabilities through risk prioritization
• Strong reporting & dashboarding capability
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with remediation teams
