Our client is currently hiring for the position of IT Helpdesk Support Executive.
Responsibilities- Diagnose and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, mobile devices, and peripherals
- Assist users with account setup, password resets, and access permissions
- Basic troubleshooting of LAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN, and network connectivity issues
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment
- Provide periodic reports on issues, trends, and resolutions
- Assist in applying OS and application patches and antivirus updates
